Zap operates a private Trader price alert application used by the account owner to create and receive price alert notifications.

Information We Collect

When SMS alerts are enabled, we collect the mobile phone number entered by the account owner and records related to SMS consent, such as consent status, opt-in time, opt-out time, and message delivery status.

How We Use SMS Information

We use SMS information only to send requested Trader price alert notifications. These messages may include ticker symbols, alert labels, target prices, current or triggered prices, and instructions to review an alert in the Trader application.

No Sale Or Marketing Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, or consent records to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service Providers

We may use messaging service providers, such as Telnyx, only as necessary to deliver SMS messages and maintain messaging compliance.

Message frequency varies based on alerts configured by the user and market price activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
